DeMarlo West, professionally known as D’Marlo, is an independent singer, entrepreneur, makeup artist, fashion influencer, and musician. Mr. West is the owner/founder of Shadow Designs LLC, a freelance makeup company. D’Marlo is originally from Milledgeville, Georgia but lives in Atlanta, Georgia. He began singing and playing the piano at the age of five years old. Paternally and maternally, his family are all musically talented. His parents encouraged him use his gift that God gave him and to share the knowledge of Jesus to the world. D’Marlo’s father Larry West was a major influence and contributor to his musical gift. Pop West affectionately known as “Mo” was a singer, songwriter, and choreographer for many years for his R&B group named, “Slice”.

D’Marlo is the 2019 Winner of Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole's Singers & Musicians Arts (SMAC) Conference. He appeared as a guest artist on the "Dorinda Show" with the TCT Network. D'Marlo has been a part of the music industry for 16 years, however he was behind the scenes. He is a professional makeup artist and have worked with notable networks such as OWN, BRAVO, WeTV, Lifetime, Bounce, and many more. He’s worked with some incredibly successful artist & actors/actresses  such as The Clark Sisters, VaShawn Mitchell, Donald Lawrence, The Pace Sisters, LaShun Pace, Paris Bennett, Latrice Pace, Crystal Fox, LisaRaye McCoy, Teyonah Paris, Darius McCrary, Gary Dourdan, Vanessa Bell Callaway, Wendy Raquel Robinson, and many others.

D’Marlo’s debut single “Bring It to Him” launched April 2019. This project is inspired by the legendary King of Soul, Sam Cooke. “Bring It to Him” was written and produced by Derrick Stevenson, CEO and Founder of Puretonez Production. D’Marlo dedicates this project to his father Larry West, for passing down the inheritance of his legacy. When you tell God, “Yes” to His will and way for your life, opportunities began to avail themselves simply because you were obedient. D’Marlo is anointed and appointed for such a time as this and is excited about this new chapter of his life.
